Man sheds 2st and gets ripped six-pack in 16 weeks – here he reveals how
Tom Hodge had always been sporty but found himself carrying a few extra pounds after he quit playing football and going to the gym.
The 26-year-old was sick of being teased about his weight-gain by his friends so he decided to shape up quickly in time for summer.
After embarking on a strict training programme, the Essex native managed to drop 2st and get a ripped six-pack in just 16 weeks.
Tom explained: “After I stopped playing football I started to put on a bit of weight, because I was always slim and into the gym it didn’t sit well with me.
“My mates started ripping into me because I put on so much weight.
“I was eating rubbish and not feeling good. I had a holiday booked and wasn’t happy so I knew I only had a few months to get in shape.”
Tom ditched his unhealthy habits by following fitness advice from LDN Muscle after a friend recommended the online company.
He explained: “A friend of mine told me about the LDN Muscle Bulking Bible.
“I did that for a couple of months but after falling off the gym for a couple of weeks I decided to start using the Cutting Guide as it suited my training goals more.”
In order to get back in shape, Tom began training six times a week focusing on different ab, chest and back workouts.
On top of hitting the gym, the football fan took up his favourite sport again as his physique began to improve.
He said: “I was training five to six times each week, with the odd day off to play football.
“I walk for a job too so I was doing plenty of cardio by covering 10 miles every day. I’d then go to the gym and follow the Cutting Guide step by step.”
On top of his intense training regime, the fitness fan overhauled his eating plan by swapping shop-bought sandwiches for protein-packed lunches and low-carb dinners.
