FITNESS JOURNEY: Stephanie Chavez used to weigh 22st
Stephanie Chavez weighed over 22st after struggling with binge eating and yo-yo dieting since she was 12.
But after a disastrous trip to Harry Potter World, the 30-year-old decided to to slim down.
The American beauty visited the theme park in Orlando, Florida, but was left devastated when she
discovered she was too large to squeeze onto the rides.

Stephanie vowed to get fit but it wasn't until the birth of her second son that she really committed to a new lifestyle.
She said: "My diet before my weight loss was very poor - I tried every fad diet and diet pill known to man.
"I would have episodes of binging when I would just go crazy and eat everything I could.
"I'd eat a lot of fast food and easy boxed meals. At one point it got so bad that I would chew my food and spit it out.
"Life was extremely hard for me. I wasn't really living – I couldn't play with my sons. I had spent so much time being inactive that almost every muscle in my body had completely atrophied.
"Walking around was hard and even just standing from a seated position was almost impossible."
A local gym owner offered to help the young mum to lose weight and devised a clean eating meal plan.
By overhauling her diet and hitting the gym, the gorgeous brunette has slimmed down to a svelte 10st 8lbs.She added: "In the beginning of my journey, every day was hard. I could barely do any of the workouts.
"Each day I became slightly stronger and I was able to do just a bit more.
"I started enjoying foods I never liked before and trying all kinds of new things.
"I became a person who stopped making excuses and feeling sorry for herself.
"Some my greatest moments in my fitness journey are the small achievements, the day that I could walk around the block without feeling out of breath was amazing.
"The first time I played at the park with my oldest son for the first time in his life at the age of five was the greatest feeling."
